Job Summary

The Rehabilitation Services Supervisor provides onsite leadership and coordination for Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech-Language Pathology services, ensuring efficient daily operations and high-quality, patient-centered care. Under the direction of the Rehabilitation Services Director, this role supervises therapy staff, supports scheduling and productivity, ensures compliance with clinical and regulatory standards, and serves as the primary resource for clinical guidance, problem-solving, and staff development. The Supervisor fosters collaboration across disciplines, supports onboarding and performance management, and contributes to quality improvement initiatives, while also maintaining clinical competency and providing direct patient care as needed.
Minimum Qualifications:

• Education: Graduate from an accredited program. (Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech and Language Pathology).
• Experience: Three (3) years of current experience, including working with diverse populations including inpatient, CCU, outpatient, hand therapy and/or pediatric services.
• License(s): Current State of Alaska Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Speech Language Pathologist License in good standing.
• Certification: BLS
