Senior Human Resources Business Partner / HR Leader (Bilingual - English/Spanish)) Location: North Houston, Texas (Onsite) About the Opportunity: Our client is a rapidly growing, privately held organization with domestic and international operations. As the business continues to expand, they are seeking an experienced Senior Human Resources Business Partner to serve as the lead HR executive supporting the organization. This is a highly visible role that partners directly with executive leadership to shape people strategy, strengthen organizational capability, and build a high-performing culture. Position Summary The Senior Human Resources Business Partner will lead all aspects of the human resources function, serving as a trusted advisor to executive leadership while supporting leaders and employees across multiple locations and reporting to the CFO. The successful candidate will drive talent strategy, organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, leadership development, compliance, and HR operations to support continued growth. Key Responsibilities Strategic Business Partnership Partner with executive leadership to align human capital strategies with business objectives. Provide coaching and guidance to leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, talent management, and employee engagement. Develop HR initiatives that support long-term business growth and operational excellence. Serve as a trusted advisor on organizational and people-related matters. Talent Acquisition & Development Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts for professional, management, and leadership positions. Partner with hiring managers to attract and retain exceptional talent. Develop succession planning, leadership development, and employee growth initiatives. Support performance management processes that promote accountability and continuous development. Employee Relations & Culture Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performance workplace culture. Coach leaders through employee relations matters while ensuring consistency and fairness. Promote employee engagement, recognition, retention, and organizational effectiveness. Champion diversity, inclusion, and leadership accountability throughout the organization. HR Operations & Compliance Ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, and employment regulations. Oversee HR policies, procedures, employee records, and HR systems. Partner with internal stakeholders on payroll, benefits administration, and HR reporting. Recommend process improvements that increase efficiency and employee experience. Organizational Development & Change Management Support organizational growth through change management initiatives. Utilize data and workforce metrics to support informed business decisions. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline. 8+ years of progressive Human Resources experience with increasing levels of responsibility. Experience serving as a strategic HR Business Partner within a fast-paced, multi-site organization. Strong knowledge of employment law, employee relations, performance management, and talent acquisition. Experience supporting organizational growth, leadership development, and change management initiatives. SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification is preferred. Excellent communication, coaching, conflict resolution, and relationship-building skills. Bilingual English/Spanish is a requirement.
