What you will be doing: Full Cycle Recruitment: Guide candidates through the entire hiring process from screening, scheduling, offers, to onboarding. Targeted Talent Acquisition: Source and recruit top‑tier talent for self‑driving technology, including Software & AI (Machine Learning Engineers, Computer Vision/Perception Engineers, Motion Planning & Control Experts), Hardware & Systems (Systems Engineers, Sensor Hardware Specialists, Robotics Engineers), Operations & Product (Field Testing Operators, Product Managers, Technical Program Managers). Candidate Experience & Onboarding: Handle tactical onboarding logistics with IT and office management to ensure a seamless, high‑quality experience for all new hires. Candidate Sourcing: Build robust pipelines for hard‑to‑fill technical roles. University Recruiting & Internship Management: Engage with top academic institutions; manage the internship program end‑to‑end as the primary point of contact for interns. Strategic Partnership: Work closely with leadership and hiring teams to implement and execute hiring plans. Process Optimization: Develop and improve recruitment processes and strategies. Market Mapping: Conduct competitive intelligence research to stay ahead of industry hiring trends. Vendor Management: Manage third‑party agency engagements. Continuous Growth: Constantly learn about the autonomous vehicle landscape and new recruiting methodologies. What you will bring: Bachelor’s degree. 2–8 years of recruiting experience, preferably focused on technical, engineering, or AI‑driven roles. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. Technical and business acumen to effectively communicate with highly specialized engineers and business leaders.
