If you’re ready to take the next step in your sales career, Meet with motivated sellers, identify their goals, and guide them through the entire listing process Follow up consistently to nurture relationships and grow your listing pipeline Provide exceptional service that turns clients into raving fans and referral sources Host monthly open houses (we provide the leads) Keep your CRM and calendar updated so you’re always ready to serve Participate in ongoing Academy Sales Training and weekly team meetings to stay sharp and energized Prospecting and conducting lead generation activities to create new business Achieve the best deal possible for the seller by conducting extensive market analysis to determine the listing price Work closely with Buyers’ Agents to negotiate contracts to closing Acquire new leads from sales agents and reach out to them to set up listing appointments Price, stage and market homes for sellers to help attract potential buyers quickly Must be a Licensed Real Estate Agent Full-time availability and commitment to clients and career Strong communicator with a client-first mindset Coachable, goal-oriented, and excited to grow Previous sales or listing experience is a plus Organized, tech-savvy, and always thinking one step ahead Positive attitude and a passion for helping people 1+ year of prior experience in the real estate industry Familiar with customer databases used to store private client information Ability to use or quickly learn Real Estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies Strong communication skills with the ability to set and close appointments over the phone Compensation $125,000 - $150,000+ commission based EmpowerHome Team is one of the fastest-growing real estate organizations in the country and has helped over 10,000 families nationwide.
