Family Law Attorney We are currently partnering with a respected Seattle law firm seeking a Family Law Attorney to join its established and growing practice group. This opportunity offers the chance to work on a broad range of family law matters while collaborating with experienced attorneys in a supportive, team-oriented environment. The firm's family law group meets regularly to discuss case strategy and share insights, and attorneys benefit from an open-door culture that encourages mentorship and professional development. What We’re Looking For 2+ years of family law litigation experience Active membership and good standing with the Washington State Bar Association Strong legal research, writing, and advocacy skills Experience handling family law matters from consultation through resolution Ability to manage a variety of cases independently and confidently Experience with dissolution, legal separation, parentage, guardianship, parenting plan modifications, support modifications, and/or domestic violence protection orders preferred Experience with discovery, depositions, mediation, arbitration, and court appearances Familiarity with King County family law practice and procedure Experience practicing in neighboring counties such as Pierce or Snohomish is a plus Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary ranging from $150,000–$200,000 DOE Medical, dental, and vision insurance Flexible Spending Account (FSA) 401(k) with employer match Life and long-term disability insurance Commuter benefits Sick leave and paid time off Ongoing mentorship and professional development opportunities #J-18808-Ljbffr
