About Our Property

Deloitte University Hotel & Conference Center - Benchmark Hospitality

High-end private hotel and conference center called Deloitte University. Closed to the public.

1,400 hotel rooms - all single occupancy, no suites.

Nine restaurants and lounges including a Starbucks and Seattle's Best Coffee, and three sit down restaurants.

200,000 square feet of meeting space - Ballrooms, Amphitheater and classrooms.

Fitness Center, jogging trails and sports fields (all available to our associates to use!)

All professional clientele. No weddings, holiday parties, school groups, or other social-type events.

Located in Westlake, Texas - near Keller, Southlake, and Roanoke.

What You Will Have an Opportunity to Do

Basic Function:

The Express F&B Attendant will provide food and beverage service in any of our four different Express Service F&B outlets. This service includes working at different food and beverage locations, including crafting coffee and espresso beverages, smoothies, made-to-order sandwiches and bowls, and restocking grab and go items throughout each outlet.

• Availability: 1st & 2nd shift
• Pay Rate: $19.00
• Location: Benchmark Hospitality at Deloitte University Hotel & Conference Center

Essential Functions:

• Expertly prepare a variety of coffee, espresso beverages, tea, and specialty beverages following outlet standard recipes and quality standards.
• Serving fresh, high-quality food in a fast-paced environment while providing friendly, enthusiastic customer service.
• The role is physically active, requiring work across various outlets in one day throughout the campus.
• Assemble and serve orders quickly and accurately, including bowls/salads, sandwiches, soups, and wraps.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures to prevent cross-contamination and ensure proper temperatures are maintained.
• Provide exceptional hospitality by greeting customers with a friendly and enthusiastic attitude.
• Accurately take and process customer orders, both in-person and for mobile app pickup.
• Maintain a clean, hygienic, and organized work environment by cleaning equipment, work areas, and customer spaces.
• Monitor stock levels of inventory and product, replenish supplies, and ensure product availability and freshness.
• Safely and efficiently operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, blenders, and other caf equipment.

Qualifications:

• No experience required we will train.
• Friendly and service-minded attitude required. A great smile too!
• Food and beverage service experience or Barista experience is a plus.
• Food Safety Certification required within 30 days of starting and must be re-certified as needed.

Compensation: $19.00
