Analyze claim rejections, communicate directly with payers to resolve complex billing issues, and secure appropriate reimbursements. Produce and evaluate routine billing reports to identify trends and recommend workflow improvements. Serve as a key resource in resolving complex phone and written inquiries from patients, physician practices, and third-party payers. Education What minimum requirements you’ll need High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
