Medical Laboratory Technologist

Position Overview: Seeking a skilled Medical Technologist / MLT to join an acute-care laboratory team. Key Responsibilities: Perform laboratory testing as a well-rounded generalist across Chemistry, Hematology, Blood Bank, Microbiology, and Microscopy. Perform phlebotomy and specimen collection. Process and plate microbiology specimens and perform Gram stains. Operate laboratory equipment and maintain accurate test documentation. Work across the laboratory bench while maintaining quality, safety, and accuracy standards. Requirements: 2+ years of laboratory experience. Recent phlebotomy experience required. Well-rounded generalist experience across multiple laboratory areas. ASCP certification required. BLS certification required. Must be flexible with either scheduled shift. Cerner/Oracle EHR experience preferred.
