About the Role

The Company is in search of a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join its executive leadership team. The CFO will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial strategy, driving profitable growth, and ensuring disciplined financial management across multi-site U.S. and international operations. This hands-on position requires the CFO to lead the development and execution of the financial strategy, annual budget, and multi-year plan, with a strong focus on aligning financial goals with operational and commercial objectives. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and mentoring a high-performing finance organization, overseeing financial operations, managing cash flow, and optimizing working capital within complex, customer-specific deal structures. Applicants for the CFO position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field, with a CPA and/or MBA strongly preferred. A minimum of 10 years' progressive finance leadership experience, including a previous role as a CFO, VP Finance, or divisional finance head, is required. The ideal candidate will have a background in manufacturing, distribution, or supply chain-intensive businesses, with a proven track record in managing institutional banking relationships and debt facilities. Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills are essential, as is the ability to operate at both strategic and tactical levels in a growing, privately owned company. The CFO will also be expected to have a deep knowledge of GAAP, cost accounting, financial modeling, and mid-market ERP/WMS and financial systems, and to ensure compliance with relevant regulatory and tax requirements.
