Senior Solutions Engineer - Systems Integrator

The highly respected, engineering-led IT solutions provider is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer to design, implement, and support complex network solutions for a diverse client base. Responsibilities Design and implement scalable, reliable network solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve network issues. Create proposals, including bills of materials (BOMs), estimates, and statements of work (SOWs). Deliver post-implementation documentation. Build and maintain strong customer relationships. Support and implement post-sales networking projects. Install and configure network hardware, including routers and switches. Perform system upgrades on customer equipment. Align technical solutions with industry best practices and business objectives. Assess, audit, and document customer network environments. Provide technical guidance and subject matter expertise. Maintain relevant technical certifications. Skills / Must Have 3–5+ years of enterprise LAN/WAN networking experience. Hands‑on experience with Cisco, Arista, and Juniper networking technologies, including LAN, WAN, switching, and routing. Experience with BGP, OSPF, and EIGRP routing protocols. Strong knowledge of data centre networking, wireless, VPN, QoS, and MPLS. Proficiency with Cisco IOS, IOS-XE, and NX-OS. Experience configuring and supporting routers, Catalyst and Nexus switches, and firewalls. Knowledge of SD‑WAN and next‑generation firewall solutions. Ability to design and communicate network architectures and technical solutions. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Excellent documentation and presentation skills. Strong communication and customer‑facing experience. Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, CCDP, or equivalent. Commitment to maintaining and updating technical certifications.
