RN - Ortho/Neuro Unit | Travel | Janesville, WI

Assignment Overview

We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses to join the Ortho/Neuro Unit. The ideal candidate will utilize their nursing skills and interdisciplinary teamwork to provide excellent patient care. This role requires familiarity with Med/Surg practices and a commitment to working 12-hour shifts, on-site at the care facility.

Assignment Details

• Shift Details: Days (6:30 AM - 7:00 PM), every other weekend and holiday required
• Assignment Length: TBD
• Estimated gross weekly pay package: $2295 (negotiable)
• Number of Openings: 1

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process and collaborate with interdisciplinary team members in patient care
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with approved standards
• Document according to standards of care
• Develop and execute a patient plan of care according to individualized needs
• Participate in department/unit performance improvement activities
• Provide clinical expertise to other units/departments
• Utilize critical thinking for patient safety and escalate appropriately

Qualifications

Required:

• Current WI License
• NIHSS certification
• CPR/BLS certification
• Education verification
