Finance Manager (F&I Manager) – Honda Dealership

Location: Bronx, NY

We are a high-volume Honda dealership in the Bronx seeking an experienced, motivated, and customer-focused Finance Manager (F&I Manager) to join our team. We sell both new and pre-owned vehicles and are looking for a professional who can drive profitability while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Responsibilities

Present and sell finance, warranty, and protection products to customers
Secure financing through banks, credit unions, and lender partnerships
Structure deals and maximize finance and insurance profitability
Ensure all transactions comply with federal, state, lender, and dealership regulations
Review contracts and funding packages for accuracy and timely funding
Work closely with sales managers and sales consultants to maximize deal performance
Maintain strong relationships with lenders and financial institutions
Deliver a transparent and professional customer experience

Qualifications

Previous Automotive Finance Manager experience required
Honda dealership experience strongly preferred
Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
Proven track record of high product penetration and strong profitability
Knowledge of lender programs, compliance requirements, and dealership software systems
Strong closing, communication, and customer service skills
Team-oriented with a professional attitude and appearance

Compensation & Benefits

Expected Earnings: $200,000 – $400,000+ annually
