About the Role
The Company is seeking a CRO and Personalization Manager to join their rapidly growing, fully remote team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a strategic personalization program and driving CRO for the company's website across various global segments. This role requires a candidate with a strong background in web personalization, CRO, and experience in managing these programs in a fast-growth environment. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of experimentation and testing methodologies, the ability to run multiple A/B and multivariate tests, and a proven track record of implementing changes based on insights. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and a passion for staying informed about industry trends are also key requirements. Applicants for the CRO and Personalization Manager position at the company should be accomplished project managers with the ability to work autonomously and asynchronously within a global team. The role demands an individual with exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a mastery of analytical and optimization tools. Experience in UX, content marketing strategy, SEO, and email/CRM principles is essential, as is the ability to translate brand messaging into high-converting web experiences.
