Total Roofing is hiring a Sales Manager in Waterloo, IL to lead our residential roofing sales team. You will earn a $70,000 base salary with on-target earnings of $140,000 to $160,000 per year. We need someone with at least 2 years of proven sales experience who can sell in the field on day one, then build and lead the team that takes over. You are an advisor who wins homeowners over with education and honesty, never pressure. You take pride in knowing your numbers, owning your setbacks, and turning both into a plan. You believe in full transparency (open pipeline, honest tracking) and welcome it. You bring a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and a reasonably clean driving record. You bring the comfort to work on heights and roofs. Who We Are: We are a residential roofing company serving Monroe County and the surrounding area, with deep experience in insurance and storm damage restoration. We hire advisors, not high-pressure closers. Homeowners should feel we are the lowest-risk contractor they can call. We are a small, tight team guided by our DIRECT values (Discipline, Integrity, Respect, Education, Communication, Teamwork). Our mission is to protect homeowners through education, integrity, and expert workmanship. What You Will Do Each Day: Sell roofing projects in the field and carry your own production from day one. Meet homeowners, walk roofs, and guide them through insurance and storm damage claims. Recruit, onboard, and train new sales reps as you build out the team. Build the tracking and accountability systems the team runs on. Coordinate between sales and operations so everyone stays informed.
