Southeast: Always the Right Career DirectionTo effectively and efficiently manage and direct clinic personnel functions working closely with the Director or Administrator and the medical Provider(s) to ensure that the clinic is adhering to the standardized hospital policies and to assure financial accountability through balance productivity and cost containment. This position directly oversees and supervises all non-clinical staff in the clinic and provides administrative supervision of the clinical staff.Job DescriptionEssential FunctionsManages all team members (within scope); oversees the daily operations of the clinic; hires, trains, problem-solves, scheduling, and assigning work.Performs time keeping for payroll, and attendance.Manage promotions, transfers, demotions, disciplinary actions and terminations.Assists the Director with strategic planning and budgeting.Monitors and coaches staff (within scope) to achieve positive patient care outcomes.Audits clinic documentation and ensures accuracy and data integrity.Responsible for covering clerical positions and supporting patient throughput during times of need.
