Office Locations: GD Oregon City - 1677 Molalla Avenue Oregon City, OR 97045 GD Wilsonville - 8309 SW Main, Suite 100 Wilsonville, OR 97070 GD Sherwood - 20673 SW Roy Rogers Road, Suite 201 Sherwood, OR 97140 GD Woodburn - 105 N Arney Rd Suite 171, Woodburn, OR 97071 Office Culture: Teamwork in the patients best interest Quality patient care with clinical autonomy based on best practices in the patients best interest New patients assigned equally on rotation basis. Your patients stay with you.
