Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a busy retail distribution location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help reduce security-related incidents, and support people on site with strong customer service and communication. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $22.28 / Hour Job Schedule Thur 02:00 AM - 10:00 AM Fri 02:00 AM - 10:00 AM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to staff, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents, suspicious activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report relevant details according to site protocols. Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols throughout the location, including interior work areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, loading zones, and perimeter access points. Monitor entry and exit activity, verify credentials and/or visitor access as directed, and help to deter unauthorized access to restricted areas. Observe the location for unusual conditions such as inventory concerns, damaged doors or gates, lighting issues, and/or other security-related hazards, and communicate findings to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership. Minimum Requirements: Access control and badge experience is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
