Program Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager for a direct hire opportunity in Orlando, FL. This role will lead an Outreach and Prevention Program focused on supporting individuals and families experiencing homelessness or housing instability.

The Program Manager will oversee program operations, staff supervision, grant compliance, reporting, community partnerships, and service quality. Key Responsibilities

- Lead day-to-day program operations and ensure high-quality service delivery for outreach, prevention, housing navigation, case management, and stabilization services.
- Supervise, coach, and support program staff through clear expectations, ongoing feedback, training, and performance management.
- Ensure compliance with grant requirements, reporting standards, HMIS documentation, and program policies.
- Monitor program outcomes, KPIs, service trends, and quality improvement initiatives to strengthen program effectiveness.
- Build and maintain partnerships with landlords, community organizations, healthcare providers, government agencies, and other service partners.
- Represent the organization at community meetings, partner discussions, and collaborative initiatives.

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay: $56,000 per year, exempt.
- Schedule: Monday through Thursday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, and Friday, 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- Lead program operations for outreach, prevention, housing support, and stabilization services.
- Manage program staff, service delivery, community partnerships, and quality improvement efforts.
- Oversee grant compliance, reporting, HMIS documentation, KPIs, and program outcomes.
- Support housing navigation, case management coordination, and services for vulnerable populations.

- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Human Services, Public Administration, Nonprofit Management, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of leadership experience in housing, homelessness services, nonprofit programs, or human services.
- Experience supervising staff and managing government-funded programs.
- Knowledge of trauma-informed care, HMIS, housing resources, and community support systems.
- Strong leadership, communication, organization, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in both office and community-based settings.
- Valid Florida Driver’s License required.

Preferred Qualifications

- Master’s degree in Social Work, Human Services, Public Administration, Nonprofit Management, or a related field.
- Experience leading outreach, prevention, or housing stability programs.
- Strong background in grant reporting, compliance tracking, and data-driven program improvement.
- Established knowledge of local housing resources, landlord engagement, and community partner coordination.
