Registered Dental Hygienist

Overview Pay range $45-55 per hour but negotiable depending on experience. Up to $10,000 sign‑on or relocation bonus for full‑time and $5,000 for part‑time. Position Dental Hygienist We Offer Competitive compensation Bi‑weekly uncapped production bonus opportunity Monthly bonuses based on office performance Comprehensive benefits package: medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, flexible spending accounts, paid time off, company holidays, and more Continuing education: Hygienists who have completed one year of employment may seek reimbursement for courses up to $250 per year; company‑provided certification trainings (CPR, radiology, nitrous oxide, etc.) with reimbursement for eligible training/testing expenses to obtain or renew the certificate Responsibilities Deliver direct dental care and associated services under the general supervision of a dentist and provide general support to the office Provide quality and compassionate care to every patient Perform scaling and prophylaxis, take x‑rays, apply sealants and fluoride, and perform related procedures under the general supervision of a dentist Offer and promote same‑day care opportunities Educate patients and parents in oral hygiene instruction Assess patient dental condition and needs, review medical history Adhere to all government regulations and company standards Guide parents and patients through the entire treatment process Assist with dental and perio charting; take x‑rays and save into patient charts when necessary Create memorable patient experiences by showing compassion for patients and parents Qualifications Current licensure as a Dental Hygienist in good standing CPR (BLS) from the ARC or AHA, including hands‑on skill assessment (required upon hire) We Value Teamwork, mutual respect, and cooperation.
