Crew Member

DC Burger is looking for enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our team as Crew Members. In this role, you’ll be a key part of our restaurant operations—delivering fast, friendly, and accurate service while helping to create a clean, welcoming environment for our guests. As a Crew Member, you'll work across multiple stations, including front counter, kitchen, and dining area, to ensure every guest has a great experience from start to finish. You’ll also assist with cleaning, stocking, and supporting your teammates during busy shifts. Key Responsibilities Greet guests with a smile while taking orders and processing payments. Prepare and package food and beverage items according to brand standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room, restrooms, and exterior areas. Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines in work areas. Unload and stock inventory items as needed. Demonstrate punctuality and consistent attendance for scheduled shifts. Adhere to Burger King uniform, grooming, and appearance standards. Qualifications and Skills Must be at least sixteen (16) years of age. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Ability to interact in a positive and professional manner with guests and team members. Willingness to learn all areas of restaurant operations and work at various stations.
