Clinical Supply Specialist

Supporting the development and execution of Clinical Supply strategies, the contract Clinical Supply Specialist will coordinate bulk drug orders, monitor site inventory, and ensure compliance with regulatory documentation while working remotely or in a hybrid capacity. Key responsibilities Develop and execute Clinical Supply strategies for investigational drug products and ancillaries Coordinate and track drug shipments and monitor site inventory to ensure uninterrupted supply Maintain accountability and reconciliation documentation for regulatory compliance and study closeout Required qualifications Degree in biological or life sciences, pharmacy, or medicine, with a minimum of 3 years in the pharmaceutical industry and 1 year in Clinical Supply Chain Familiarity with daily management and operations of a Clinical Supply Chain, including bulk management and distribution Experience with Interactive Response Technology (IRT) systems for inventory management Working knowledge of regulations related to clinical labeling, packaging, and distribution activities Intermediate/Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Suites
