Overview Looking for an attorney with at least 7 years of experience in construction defect litigation to join a fully remote Florida firm. Draft motions, discovery requests, and other legal documents with precision. Attend hearings, depositions, and mediations effectively representing our clients. Manage a diverse caseload while ensuring timely and accurate case progress. Collaborate with clients and the legal team to develop comprehensive legal strategies. Ability to work with little supervision; prioritize and anticipate work needs; perform well under occasional periods of pressure and short deadlines. Qualifications Minimum of 7 years of experience in construction defect litigation. Must be in good standing with the Florida Bar. Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple cases.
