Merchant Brand Ambassador

Overview Join 2020 Companies as a Merchant Brand Ambassador and play a key role in building retail partner relationships, increasing program visibility, and supporting business growth across your territory. Job Details Job Type: Regular Work Location: Market - AMRET - TX - Dallas Fort Worth 101 Schedule & Pay Schedule: Monday - Friday Pay: $23 per hour plus 10% monthly bonus opportunity Requirements Personal vehicle, valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and successful MVR screening. Field-based role requiring daily travel within assigned territory. Responsibilities Visit retail locations within assigned territory and engage with merchants professionally. Introduce and educate merchants about the client’s financial services and program benefits. Provide on‑site support, answer questions, and address concerns to ensure merchant confidence. Place and maintain point‑of‑sale materials and branding in-store. Document visits and track activity using mobile tools and reporting systems. Collaborate with leadership to meet territory goals and coverage expectations. Day‑to‑Day Field‑based position with daily travel within your assigned territory; approximately 22‑35 retail visits per day depending on geography and scheduling. Benefits No weekends. Minimum six months prior sales, promotion, retail, or marketing experience. Demonstrated knowledge of products and services. Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills. Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction. Ability to lift and carry up to 15 lbs. Ability to multi‑task in a high‑paced team environment. Reliable transportation within assigned territory. Strong communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable working independently; organized, reliable, adaptable, and customer‑focused. Performance Measurements Meet or exceed quarterly visit goals. Meet or exceed weekly in‑store time goals. Visit multiple store locations daily and weekly. Effectively schedule store visits two weeks or more in advance. Effectively execute assigned activities inside each location during visits. Effectively demonstrate ability to establish and influence business relationships through merchant awareness, POP placement, and consistent productivity. Record and maintain appropriate documentation for each visit.
