AI and Software Lead

Overview Design and implement effective AI solution architecture utilizing approaches of various AI technologies and methods to address clients' business problems and needs, while complying with company's strategies and business goals. Apply advanced consulting skills or extensive technical expertise and full industry knowledge. Develop innovative solutions to complex problems. Work without considerable direction. Mentor and supervise team members. Responsibilities Design and implement AI solution architectures that address clients' business problems. Apply advanced consulting skills and technical expertise to deliver innovative solutions. Develop solutions to complex problems and provide guidance to team members. Mentor and supervise team members to support project success. Basic Qualifications 10+ years of experience with software engineering, artificial intelligence, data science, machine learning engineering, or data engineering, including in a research or professional role Experience leading software and artificial intelligence projects Experience with Python, Scala, or Java Experience with modern cloud computing technologies, including Docker TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph Bachelor's degree in Computer Science IAT Level 2 Certification, including Security+ Certification Additional Qualifications Experience with technology consulting Experience with GPU programming, including CUDA or RAPIDS Experience with deep learning for computer vision, NLP, or signal processing Knowledge of modern software design patterns, including microservice design Ability to gather requirements from customers and lead Agile teams Clearance Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.
