Associate HR Service Representative

Location: San Deigo, CA 92121

Position: 6 Months contract with high possibility of extension

Job detailes:

• Respond to employee and manager inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, payroll, and other HR services.
• Provide timely and accurate support through phone, email, and HR service channels.
• Process and maintain employee information and HR transactions in HR systems.
• Research and resolve employee issues while ensuring a high level of customer service.
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow established HR processes and procedures.
• Collaborate with HR teams and internal departments to resolve complex employee requests.
• Protect confidential employee information and follow company privacy and compliance requirements.
• Identify recurring issues and recommend process improvements to enhance HR service delivery.

Required Skills

• 1+ year of experience in HR, HR Operations, HR Shared Services, or Customer Service .
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive employee information.
• Experience working with HRIS/HR systems, ticketing systems, or case-management tools is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and customer-service skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Excel .
