Key Responsibilities – Restaurant District Manager

Operational Leadership

• Maintain consistent execution of food quality, service excellence, and cleanliness standards across all locations
• Identify and implement operational improvements to enhance efficiency and guest satisfaction
• Drive daily performance to exceed company benchmarks

People Development & Leadership

• Coach, train, and empower General Managers and hourly teams
• Build talent pipelines and create a culture of accountability, growth, and high performance
• Foster positive team environments that reduce turnover and increase retention

Performance & Financial Management

• Analyze KPIs, sales reports, and financial data to drive profitability and cost control
• Develop and execute action plans that deliver measurable results in sales, labor, and operations
• Monitor trends and proactively address opportunities or challenges

Compliance & Brand Standards

• Ensure full adherence to food safety, sanitation, labor laws, and all regulatory requirements
• Uphold company policies and protect brand reputation at every level

Strategic Growth Support

• Assist with new restaurant openings and market expansion initiatives

What You Bring to the Table – Qualifications

• Proven Multi-Unit Experience : Minimum 2+ years as a Restaurant District Manager or equivalent multi-unit leadership in restaurants (casual dining, quick service, or full service preferred)
• Strong Leadership Skills : Demonstrated ability to motivate, develop, and inspire teams
• Financial Acumen : Solid understanding of P&L management, budgeting, and data-driven decision making
• Travel & Schedule Flexibility : Ability to travel 40–50% within the region, including evenings and weekends as needed
