ARMStaffing is seeking a travel nurse RN Rehabilitation for a travel nursing job in Charleston, West Virginia. Schedule Night shift; 3x12-hour shifts (19:00 - 07:00); weekdays and every other weekend required. Job Description The Registered Nurse will provide care in a 24-bed rehabilitation unit, focusing on patients with cerebrovascular disease, traumatic brain injury, amputations, spinal cord injuries, deconditioning, and neurological diseases. Each patient is assigned to a collaborative care team, including a physiatrist, NP, nurses, therapists, and a social worker, to create individualized care plans. Responsibilities Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement patient care plans. Monitor and manage patient conditions, administering medications and performing treatments as prescribed. Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding treatment plans and rehabilitation goals. Conduct assessments and document patient progress, adhering to care protocols and national safety standards. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Minimum of 2 years RN experience required; at least 1 year in a rehabilitation or acute care specialty. BLS certification required (must be from AHA). West Virginia or Compact RN License required; pending license may be submitted but must have active license to start. Charge nurse experience preferred. Why ARMStaffing?
