Operations Manager

Position Summary The Operations Manager is a member of the Store Management team at CVS/pharmacy, responsible for driving store execution and performance, building consumer loyalty, and maintaining an engaged, productive store team through strong leadership. Responsibilities Overall store management, supervision, and policy implementation Sales and inventory management Employee staffing, training, and development Financial management Customer service leadership Essential Functions Management: Lead others, work effectively with store crews, supervise, assign and direct crew activities, communicate information to crew and supervisors, support Store Manager with action plans for operational and service improvement. Customer Service: Assist customers with questions, problems, and complaints, promote CVS customer service culture (greet, offer help, and thank). Required Qualifications Deductive reasoning ability, advanced analytical skills and computer skills. Advanced communication skills, leadership, supervision, and influencing skill. Ability to work a full‑time flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight, and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise. Preferred Qualifications Experience as a retail manager or supervisor. Education High School Diploma Or Equivalent Preferred But Not Required. Job Details Anticipated Weekly Hours: 40 Time Type: Full time Pay Range: $17.00 - $29.00 (base hourly rate or base annual full‑time salary; actual offer depends on experience, education, geography, and other factors).
