Job Summary:

As a Residential HVAC Technician, you will assist in delivering exceptional service to our clients by performing diagnostics, preventative maintenance, and repair services on heating and cooling systems. You will also educate clients about home comfort options and solutions. This role is an excellent opportunity to develop skills in a high-demand trade while being part of a supportive, team-oriented environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Minimum of three (3) years residential HVAC experience
• Skills in customer service, communication and have a mechanical aptitude
• Able to produce neat, clean, and tidy work.
• Be quick, efficient and organized
• No visible tattoos- they must be covered at work (ie. long sleeves, etc)
• A positive attitude
• Exceptional team player; fun, energetic, goal oriented, optimistic!
• Be able to climb in and out of box trucks, able to lift over 75lbs, and work in the Michigan cold and heat
• Live within 45 minutes of Grand Rapids
• Willing to travel to other areas from time to time based upon company work load
• Ability to pass the state of Michigan and national background and drug test; have clean driving record and current driver's license. (If any of these are a problem please do not apply

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.

• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to lift over 75 lbs, climb in and out of vehicles, and work in diverse conditions.
• Reside within 45 minutes of Grand Rapids, MI.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for work.
• Ability to pass Michigan and national background and drug tests.
• Clean driving record and valid driver's license.
