Registered Behavior Technician

Responsibilities Provide 1:1 ABA therapy services with clients in the clinic setting Accurately implement clients’ individualized behavior protocols as directed by the clinical supervisor Professional daily communication with clients’ families and caretakers Accurately record data in real time Complete daily progress notes meeting company standards by the end of each business day Maintain an organized and sanitary clinical space for clients Adhere to the BACB RBT Ethical Guidelines Work collaboratively with supervisors to achieve best clinical outcomes for clients Comply with all HIPAA regulations Attend mandatory staff trainings and complete asynchronous trainings by the deadline given by the clinical director Adhere to company policies Qualifications Hold and maintain a registered behavior technician credential through the BACB Hold and maintain a current CPR/BLS certification completed in person Pass a criminal background check Preferred: previous experience as an RBT in clinic or home settings Preferred: previous experience using Skill-Based Teaching (SBT) #J-18808-Ljbffr
