CNC Mill MachinistMelrose Park, ILWe are seeking an experienced Haas CNC Machinist to join our growing manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up, operating Haas CNC Vertical milling machine to produce high-quality precision parts.ResponsibilitiesSet up and operate Haas CNC millRead and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructionsPerform tool changes, offsets, and basic machine maintenanceInspect finished parts using precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges)Maintain quality and productivity standardsFollow all safety procedures and company policiesMaster Cam Experience a plusRequirements2+ years of CNC machining experience (Haas preferred)Strong knowledge of CNC setup and operationAbility to read blueprintsExperience with measuring and inspection toolsBasic troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamPreferred QualificationsExperience with CAM software (Mastercam)Multi-axis machining experienceHigh-mix / low-volume production experiencePay Range$23 - $30 USDMaxcess is an equal employment opportunity employer.
