A leading luxury lifestyle management company is looking for a driven, relationship-focused Private Membership Sales Executive to join its New York team.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced luxury sales professional who understands how to build relationships with High Net Worth and Ultra High Net Worth individuals and turn those relationships into long-term private memberships.

The Opportunity

In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and securing new private members while representing a premier luxury lifestyle brand within the New York market.

The ideal candidate is a confident networker and natural relationship builder who is comfortable selling directly to affluent clientele. You will be expected to develop your own pipeline, create meaningful connections, and consistently exceed membership acquisition goals.

What You’ll Do

Identify, prospect, and secure new private members.

Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospective HNW and UHNW clients.

Research prospects and develop personalized proposals based on their lifestyle and business needs.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with prospective and existing clients.

Attend luxury industry events, networking functions, and other opportunities to develop new business.

Partner with marketing and concierge teams to communicate the company’s unique value proposition.

Manage the full sales process from initial outreach through membership conversion.

Consistently achieve and exceed individual and team sales KPIs.

Maintain accurate records, follow-ups, and activity within CRM systems.

What We’re Looking For

7+ years of sales experience, preferably in luxury lifestyle, hospitality, private clubs, luxury retail, real estate, wealth management, or a related industry.

Proven success generating new business and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Existing network and strong understanding of New York’s luxury market and affluent clientele.

Experience selling high-touch, premium, or highly personalized services.

Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

Strong networking and lead-generation abilities.

Highly organized with excellent follow-through and attention to detail.

Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a results-driven environment.

Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; Salesforce or other CRM experience preferred.

Experience creating and delivering polished client proposals and presentations.

Team management experience is a plus, but not required.

Compensation: Base salary + commission
