Responsabilidades: Proporcionar asistencia en el cuidado personal de los clientes, incluyendo baños, vestido y acicalado. Ayuda con las actividades diarias y el apoyo a la movilidad. Supervisa y documenta la salud y el bienestar del paciente. Administrar los medicamentos según las indicaciones de los profesionales sanitarios. Comunícate eficazmente con clientes, familias y equipos sanitarios. Mantener un entorno limpio y seguro para los clientes. Apoya a los clientes con la preparación de comidas y necesidades nutricionales. Involucra a los clientes en actividades sociales y recreativas para mejorar su calidad de vida. Requisitos: Certificación actual de CNA o experiencia equivalente en cuidados. Fuertes habilidades interpersonales y de comunicación. Capacidad para ofrecer una atención compasiva y centrada en el paciente. Se prefiere experiencia con clientes mayores o con discapacidad. Permiso de conducir válido y transporte fiable. Disponibilidad para trabajar en horarios flexibles, incluyendo fines de semana y festivos. Comprensión básica de la terminología médica y las prácticas de cuidado.
