- Provide exceptional customer service.
- Manage hotel reservations through online bookings and phone calls to include noting any special requests and celebrations.
- Welcome customers upon arrival and thank customers at departure.
- Check in arriving guests and check out departing guests.
- Answer the phones, follow up on guest inquiries as well as checking and following up on voicemails.
- Create and, if applicable, mail physical gift cards as purchased.
- Be knowledgeable about the local area, attractions, activities and the available transportation.
- Be knowledgeable about the hotel dining options to include hours of operation.
- Be knowledgeable about events taking place at the hotel.
- Keep the Front Desk and Lobby areas clean, organized, and stocked.
- Provide exceptional customer service while creating a positive and memorable experience for guests.
- Be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Uphold the company's policies and procedures.
- All other assigned duties.
- 50% off selected menu items during your shift
