Work You'll Do

As a Project - Analytics and Insights Engineer II, on the project, you will:

• Develop and maintain several complex economic databases and dashboards on both Deloitte and client systems in Python.
• Be responsible for quick-turn data calls, explaining complex concepts regarding relevant economic metrics and indicators to clients.
• The team's technical work spans Databricks and local Python data retrieval and cleaning, natural language processing, algorithm development, entity resolution, DAX-based dashboard development, and Sidekick/StateChat prompt engineering.

Qualifications

Required :

• Bachelor's degree
• Professional experience in and with Python, Data Bricks and Power BI
• Must be able to obtain and maintain the required Top Secret clearance for this role
• Ability to perform job responsibilities within a work model that requires professionals to co-locate in person 5 days per week in Washington, DC.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

Preferred:

• Familiarity with international trade and finance
• Familiarity with and interest in international relations and national security

For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in Washington, DC, Deloitte is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation range is specific to Washington, DC and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.A reasonable estimate of the current range is$84,400 to $140,600.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
