Job Description

Become a vital part of a hospital team in Salem, VA as an experienced Computed Tomography Technologist. You will accurately interpret a physician’s scanning instructions, administer contrast materials when indicated, and operate CT equipment to produce high-quality diagnostic images for patient care.

Minimum Qualifications:

\n

• 2 years CT technologist experience.
• Completion of a JRCERT-accredited program in Radiologic Technology or equivalent.
• Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification in CT or Radiography.
• Current BLS certification.
• Experience operating multi-slice CT scanners and performing contrast-enhanced CT studies.
• Prior experience working in an acute care hospital setting is required.

Preferred Qualifications

\n

• Experience with trauma imaging protocols preferred.
• Previous night shift or overnight CT experience preferred.

\n\n

Assignment Details

\n

• Shift hours: 1900–0730.
• Nights.

As a travel CT technologist, you will provide essential diagnostic services that support timely clinical decision making. You will work within multidisciplinary teams in an acute care hospital to ensure imaging quality, patient safety, and efficient throughput.
