Oversee all accounting, finance, and business office functions Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts Lead budgeting processes and identify trends, risks, and opportunities Ensure compliance with tax regulations and financial reporting standards Monitor cash flow and support capital planning efforts Develop and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets Partner with leadership to evaluate business strategies and financial feasibility Manage relationships with CPAs, financial institutions, and vendors Support audits, regulatory reporting, and compliance initiatives Contribute to special projects and organizational growth initiatives What We’re Looking For We’re seeking someone who is both detail‑oriented and forward‑thinking, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate effectively across teams. Experience 3–5 years of accounting experience (AP/AR, general ledger, full‑cycle accounting) Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis preferred Audit and financial reporting experience preferred Strong proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and reporting tools Healthcare or medical billing experience is a plus Education Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Equivalent experience considered (8+ years in lieu of degree) CPA preferred but not required What Sets You Apart Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills Ability to operate both strategically and tactically High level of integrity and confidentiality Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, evolving environment Work Environment This is an on‑site position in a professional medical office setting.
