We ask that team members be available to work 7 days a week. Days off will rotate between weekdays and weekend days. Compensation Unlock Your Earning Potential! About The Role We\'re looking for enthusiastic, energetic, and self-motivated team players with at least 2 years of customer-facing experience to: Deliver vehicles straight to customers\' doors with our custom car haulers (a commercial license is not required to drive the hauler; ample training provided) Frequently load/unload vehicles onto the hauler (this requires physical effort) and regularly inspect the car-hauler to ensure safe operation Complete customer paperwork and include thorough notes in our customer tracking system Consistently drive safely and maintain a clean driving record in accordance with Carvana\'s CMV Driver Qualification policy Notary requirement within first 90 days of employment (process sponsored by Carvana); may involve state-specific requirements Meet state-specific requirements related to access DMV/title and registration systems Illinois, Michigan, Louisiana, and Missouri employees must obtain a Chauffeur\'s license or other state specialty license within the first two weeks of employment California employees must obtain a Vehicle Verifier license within the first 90 days of employment General Qualifications And Requirements Ability to perform physically demanding tasks like detailing and loading/unloading vehicles in indoor/outdoor conditions with exposure to weather Ability to walk/stand and sustain physical activity for 8+ hours Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English Requires ability to reach, twist, kneel, crouch, climb, balance, and squat Requires lifting and carrying items up to 50 lbs Frequent driving requires excellent visual acuity and manual dexterity.
