What You Will Do: Get hands-on experience : assisting technicians with equipment repair and maintenance. Explore dealership operations : by supporting the parts department and showroom. Help keep the action moving : through facility, yard, and equipment upkeep. Learn from experienced professionals : through training, team meetings, and real-world work experiences. Build skills for your future : while working safely, serving customers, and contributing to a great team. Minimum age requirement: Must be at least 16 years old. Reliability: Maintain acceptable attendance while balancing school and work commitments. Communication skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Customer service mindset: Ability to interact professionally with customers and team members. Valid work authorization: Candidates must have valid work authorization and be able to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.
