Private Client Manager - Southeast

Summary The Private Client Manager will develop and grow relationships with ultra-high-net-worth clients, selling prestige and rare wine and spirits through tailored experiences and direct-to-consumer strategies. This field-based role plans and implements commercial initiatives, represents the brands at events and activations, and works closely with the Private Client Director to drive sales across the Southeast market. The position requires a proactive, client-focused professional with strong networking and compliance skills. Responsibilities Plan and execute commercial strategies to grow existing business and acquire new (U)HNWI clients. Manage the end-to-end sales process from prospecting and presentation to invoicing, delivery, and after-sales follow-up. Maintain and update the CRM with accurate client data and ensure compliance with data protection and PDPA requirements. Create and implement tailored client experiences, events, and brand activations to drive engagement and sales. Act as a brand ambassador through ambassadorial duties, hosting, and personal introductions to cultivate relationships. Requirements 7+ years of luxury sales experience with demonstrated success in direct-to-consumer sales to UHNWI clientele. Existing network or book of business within the U.S. (U)HNWI market and strong local community relationships. Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent years of industry experience. Proven ability to initiate and close high-value deals, excellent communication and presentation skills, and strong listening abilities. Experience using CRM systems and a strong emphasis on compliance, integrity, and data protection. Self-starter with autonomy, entrepreneurial mindset, and ability to work a field-based hybrid schedule. #J-18808-Ljbffr
