Our foundation is ABA, an evidence-based therapy focused on developing communication, social, and adaptive living skills. Our Model: Our centers utilize a unique Therapy Through Play model. We embrace the principles of Reggio Emilia by devising a Natural Environment Teaching (NET), child-led learning environment to deliver individualized, high-quality early intervention services in settings that replicate a natural preschool. Our Team: Join our collaborative team of BCBAs, RBTs, SLPs, and Administration. Employment Type: Full-Time, Part-Time, or 1099 Contractor Schedule: Fully Flexible (Set your own hours) Annual Pay Range: 120,000 - 130,000 The Opportunity AB Spectrum is seeking a Licensed Psychologist to conduct autism and developmental evaluations for children and families. Clinical Collaboration: Work alongside a supportive, multidisciplinary team. You will conduct evaluations based on referral questions, intake findings, and requests from our clinical team members. Streamlined Billing: While you will be an active part of the billing process (utilizing CPT codes like 90791, 96130, and 96131), our administrative team handles the heavy lifting of insurance panels and payments. Resources Provided: Gain access to a wide array of standardized diagnostic tools and, if desired, a professional office setting for in-person testing. Clinical Scope & Assessments Assessments are selected based on clinical judgment, developmental history, and specific referral needs from our internal team. You should be proficient in or familiar with: Core Tools: ADOS-2, ADI-R, CARS-2, SCQ, SRS-2, and EarliPoint. Cognitive & Adaptive: WPPSI-IV, Leiter-3, BASC-3, and ABAS-3. Qualifications & Requirements Licensure: Active Psychologist license in Missouri (PhD or PsyD). Clinical Experience: Proven experience with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and pediatric populations. Credentials: Must maintain an active NPI number and ideally an up-to-date CAQH profile. Curiosity Driven Expertise: Utilize emerging best practices and tools, incorporating your expertise with the growth of the field.
