Job Description Job Description Salary: $19-$21 / hour - based on experience Monarch Management Group Inc. is a rapidly growing property management company with properties spread throughout the Commonwealth of PA. Responsibilities: Oversee the daily operations of assigned buildings Ensure buildings are well-maintained and comply with all regulations Manage leasing activities, including tenant screening, lease signing, and renewals Handle resident concerns and resolve issues promptly Coordinate with maintenance staff and vendors (if applicable) for repairs and upkeep Ensure compliance with affordable housing regulations and guidelines Foster a positive community environment for residents MMG is an equal opportunity employer and encourages applications from all qualified individuals.
