Project Engineer Asc Manager Location: Littleton, CO. Level 4. Requires a Secret clearance. Role Overview Lockheed Martin is seeking a talented Level 4 Project Engineer Asc Manager to lead engineering projects within hypersonic weapon support. The role involves functional authority for planning, organizing, controlling, integrating, and completing complex engineering initiatives. Responsibilities Direct, coordinate, and exercise functional authority for planning, organizing, controlling, integrating, and completing engineering projects within hypersonic weapon support. Coordinate subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary decisions, and disciplinary actions. Plan and formulate engineering programs and organize project staff according to requirements. Assign project personnel to specific phases or aspects of projects. Coordinate activities related to technical developments, scheduling, and resolve engineering design and test problems. Maintain familiarity with subcontractors producing equipment. Manage budgets and mitigate risks. Travel may be required up to 25% of the time. Qualifications Desired past or current experience with MGSE or EGSE. Experience with Naval Weapon Systems. Final Secret clearance required for consideration. Minimum 5+ years of professional experience and a BS degree. Desired Skills Understanding of Shipboard Integrated Weapon Systems. Familiarity with hardware design processes. Past Navy customer experience.
