Overview As a Perioperative Service Clinical Manager – RN (Main Operating Room – Days), you will drive operational efficiency and compassionate care in the Operating Room, coordinate patient care throughout the perioperative process, mentor and motivate staff, and partner with nursing team leaders on quality measures and patient‑focused compassion. Responsibilities Drive operational efficiency and compassionate care in the Operating Room. Coordinate patient care and support nursing teams throughout the perioperative process. Mentor and motivate staff, gathering staff perspectives to positively impact units. Partner with nursing team leaders on quality measures and promote independent thinking. Qualifications Required Criteria: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing. Minimum 2 years of clinical experience. Current New York State RN license (or willingness to obtain). BCLS certification. Preferred Criteria: Experience as Charge Nurse or Team Lead in the Operating Room. Demonstrated nursing leadership experience. CNOR certification. Master’s Degree in Nursing. Work Location and Requirements All roles require on‑site presence; employees must live within a commutable distance to NYP. NYP will not reimburse travel expenses.
