Location: Aberdeen, MD

Compensation & Available Schedules:

Wednesday–Saturday 4:30 p.m.–3 a.m. -$25/hr
Wednesday–Saturday 6 a.m.–4:30 p.m. -$23.50/hr

Position Overview

We are hiring experienced Warehouse Equipment Operators to support operations in a high-volume, modern distribution environment. This role focuses on operating powered equipment—primarily cherry pickers—to safely retrieve, move, and store product while meeting productivity and safety standards.

Primary Duties

• Operate cherry picker equipment to pick and stage inventory at elevated heights.
• Use RF scanners and warehouse systems to track inventory accurately.
• Move, lift, and position product safely throughout the facility.
• Maintain awareness of safety protocols while working at heights and on the warehouse floor.
• Support overall warehouse operations as needed to meet daily volume goals.

Required Qualifications

• At least 2 years of recent cherry picker
• Comfortable working at heights of up to 35 feet
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs independently and perform team lifts of heavier items
• Able to remain on your feet and active for 8+ hours per shift
• Familiar with scanning devices and warehouse technology
• Prior distribution or logistics experience preferred
• Must be 18 years or older and able to read and understand English
