Use critical & economic thinking, challenge process, and team collaboration to resolve issues and drive safety excellence, efficiencies and innovation.Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)A minimum of six (6) years of plant management experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment, -- OR -- three (3) years of plant management experience in the Gypsum industry - leading manufacturing processes, including work processes, operations excellence, maintenance, reliability, and continuous improvement.Transformation experience utilizing automation and advanced technology to improve operations. Experience utilizing constraint analysis and continuous improvement to prioritize work and solve complex issues.Experience coaching, counseling, and developing employees. Experience and understanding of budgeting/expense management with a basic understanding of financial and accounting practices.Large capital project Engineering or Management experience.What Will Put You AheadBachelor’s Degree or higher in a technical or business Program Previous experience in the Gypsum industryExperience in applying Continuous Improvement methodologies to the manufacturing process.At Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs.
