Key Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to patients under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
• Implement individualized treatment plans to support patients in achieving functional goals
• Document patient progress accurately and in a timely manner in accordance with facility and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care
• Assist in educating patients and caregivers on therapeutic techniques and home programs

Required Qualifications

• Active COTA certification through NBCOT
• Active and unrestricted California state license or eligibility to practice as a COTA in California
• Ability to begin assignment as soon as possible
• Ability to commit to a 13-week contract

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting
• Strong documentation and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
