The position partners closely with operational leaders, providers, nursing staff, medical assistants, front-desk teams, and Epic analysts to enhance clinic operations. Key responsibilities include validating and optimizing Epic tools (e.g., SmartSets, SmartTexts, SmartPhrases, preference lists, order panels, navigators), supporting scheduling and in-basket workflows, providing end-user support, and delivering education related to new functionality, system upgrades, regulatory requirements, and ambulatory documentation best practices.
