Our team thrives on collaboration, innovation, and a dedication to excellence. Job Overview We are seeking an experienced, committed Management Liability Production Underwriter. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving new business and/or renewals cultivating strong partnerships with wholesale agents and brokers. You’ll join a growth-focused, communicative team environment where your expertise is valued and your work directly impacts our success. Key Responsibilities Review, analyze, underwrite, and negotiate coverage for new and renewal business accounts nationally Initiate, develop, and maintain strong broker and agent relationships through clear communication and responsiveness Maintain, build, and grow a profitable book of business, with an emphasis on new business production, while meeting production and retention goals Underwrite a suite of management liability products to include one or more of the following products: Directors & Officers Liability Employment Practices Liability Fiduciary Liability Crime Required Qualifications and Skills Minimum of 3 years of demonstrated underwriting experience Analytical and detail-oriented mindset Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet aggressive goals Proficiency in MS Office including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams Comfortable with external marketing and some travel Understanding of market trends and interest in maintaining current industry knowledge and skills Ability to demonstrate respect and humility, accountability, and an entrepreneurial spirit all while being a strong team player Insurance designations (RPLU, CPCU, etc.) are a plus Compensation and Benefits Business Risk Partners offers a comprehensive and competitive benefits package within a flexible and dynamic work environment. This is a full-time position. Base salary range is from $75,000 -$125,000 , commensurate with experience. The listed annualized base pay range is primarily based on analysis of similar positions in the external market.
