HOUSEKEEPING/WHS WORKER (US)

Description:

POTENTIAL TASKS - (1) Housekeeping duties and cleaning of equipment and buildings, (2) Assist operations/maintenance/supervisory personnel, as needed, (3)Possible movement and/or operation of forklift, (4) Other responsibilities as assigned.


QUALIFICATIONS -- To be considered for an opportunity, candidates must:
• Commit to ADM's goal of achieving a zero injury culture and understand/follow company safety procedures
• Exhibit consistent, reliable, prompt attendance
• Be able to meet physical requirements of the position, including but not limited to: prolonged periods of standing and sitting, working in confined spaces and from heights, bending, kneeling, climbing stairs and ladders, working in a variety of conditions (heat, cold, dust, etc.), lift up to 55 lbs. unassisted, shovel material and operate a vacuum
• Have reliable transportation to and from work
• Be at least 18 years of age
• Maintain a positive and respectful attitude at all times, demonstrating initiative to work independently on given assignments while remaining flexible enough to work within team setting.


SCHEDULE - This is an hourly position. Shift is primarily days (M-F) and possibly occasional weekends, if needed.


EQUIPMENT REQUIREMENT - Candidate will provide their own steel-toed safety boots. All other PPE will be provided by the plant.
